Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TendReply (the “Service”). By creating an account or connecting a Google Business Profile, you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

What the Service does

TendReply reads the reviews on Google Business Profiles you connect and helps you reply to them, including generating on-brand reply drafts and — with your explicit consent — posting replies automatically. The most severe reviews (health, safety, legal, or discrimination) are always escalated to a human and are never auto-posted.

Your responsibilities

• You must own, or be authorized to manage, the Google Business Profiles you connect.
• You are responsible for the brand-voice settings and knowledge-base facts you provide, and for reviewing replies where you have chosen to approve them manually.
• You must keep your login credentials secure and use the Service lawfully.

Consent and auto-posting

Automatic posting is off by default. It runs only after you explicitly opt in, and you may withdraw that consent at any time, which immediately stops automatic posting. You remain responsible for the content of replies posted from your account, and you can edit or delete any reply.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to post unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or misleading content, to impersonate others, or to violate Google’s policies or applicable law. We may suspend accounts that do.

Third-party services

The Service relies on Google’s APIs and other providers, and is subject to their terms and availability. We are not responsible for changes or outages in those services.

Fees

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis at the tier you select. You can cancel at any time; fees already billed are non-refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, TendReply is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your Google account at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms. On termination, we stop processing your data and delete or anonymize it per our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms; we will post the new date above and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
